Why a new banshee?
#2
Some people just like starting out with a fresh machine. It can be difficult to pick up where other people left off with mods and /or damage.
I like to buy new for peace of mind.
Not to say that you can't find some good deals out there in the used world....it's just that most of the time the seller can't even tell you what size piston the machine has...then you go open it up and find your done.

duh!you can pay a few extra hundred bucks for limited edition plastics, which arent even limited!you cant get a limited edition 1990 model, but you can change the plastics.

The whole litmited edition thing is rather stupid..The only way I would pay the extra money was if there was only X number produced, then it would be cool to have one. There not really "limited" are they..there is as many as people want which kinda retarded.

I have found that in my area it is hard to find good deals on used banshees becuase everybody mods the crap out of them and then sells them for lots, especialy the older ones. thats just what i have found

Why you gotta pick on the banshee why not any other quad? alot of quads havnt changed in the past few years. Same as cars. Some people dont wanna risk getting someone elses problems and dont like the knicks and scratches of used machines, i know i sure dont.
