Is your rappy a pain too?

I dont mean to diss on my dad's rap, Its a nice bike and all, but i've just had a very limited number of enjoyable experiences with it, even when im not riding it. Example: Along with new front tires for sand and a polished aluminum grill for my shee, i ordered a polished aluminum grill for the rap (fathers day gift). As good-hearted as that idea was, i can think of 1000 other things i could have gotten that would have caused a lot less anxiety.
I installed my tires as fast as tires is normally changed, then i installed my grill.
Step 1: take out 3 screws to take off radiator shroud.
Step 2: take out the 9 screws that hold the stock plastic grill on to the shroud.
Step 3: replace old grill with new grill, and install 9 screws.
Step 4: put shroud back on bike and screw in the first 3 screws.
Sounds easy? it was. Then, i moved on to install the grill for the rap.
Step 1: take off 2 screws (hex, not phillips as i was expecting)
Step 2: take off shroud.
Step 3: realize that i cant unscrew the nut from the 2 bolts that hold on the stock grill.
Step 4: unscrew main screw from bottom area in front fender plastic.
Step 5: take off seat
Step 6: take out those 4 weird cheap plastic... things that hold on the plastic surrounding the gas cap.
Step 7: take off the plastic thing with indicator lights and key.
Step 8: unscrew 2 more screws under the seat that hold on the entire front fender piece.
Step 9: unscrew 2 screws that hold the headlights to the fenders.
Step 10: unscrew the remaining 2 screws that hold the front fenders on to the black bar that keeps them stable when riding.
Step 11: take off entire front fenders
Step 12: take off the 2 screws that hold the stock grill to the radiator shroud area.
Step 13: ITS OFF! install new grill and place the screws back in.
Steps 14-26: reinstall all screws and bolts, seat, etc. from steps 1-12, and I'm done!
I wont go into detail about the cheap plastic thing (step 6) that "got away from me" and hid under the gas tank which i had to partially remove to find it.
Thats all im gonna say, if i did some unnecessary steps and there was some easier way than I had a good excuse to sit out in the garage with the quads at least. If not, then why couldnt yami make this crap as easy as it is on my bike?
Well, at least I'm happy with the way shee looks with the new grill and tires. OT: with the new tires in front and the paddles in the back I gained about 3.5" in the back and 4" in the front to my width so I'll be a lot more stable in the dunes.
