If you will read this information. It will not take you long to realize that tuning a carb is more than simply changing jets. You will begin to understand the different stages of adjustment to get your carb tuned properly.


You can also apply these fundamentals to tuning the stock carb.....

Also, This carb was developed for use on Hi-Perf Harleys, hince (HSR-45). You can readily find parts at your local Harley Dealer

I to have found this it is my guide for tuning my 45 as well. its helped me alot to very good info.

Just what I was looking for. I have a little studdddder when I hit the wooooops at the bottom of the hills that needs to be tuned out.

I need to hold on as much as I can. If the thumbs not griping then you could come loose from the bars when most unexpected.
