Default TB 400 rear axle snapped

went riding the other day, was ripping down a straight away when the rear axle on the chain side snapped off at the swing arm and passed me. the break was clean, also rapped the chain up and split the trans case wide open. has this happened to anyone? I have a few $'s rapped up in this bike. now what? Check out the pic's.

Team Industries....the only way! Especially if you're MX'ing things.

i have 2 buddies, both with 03 400 trailblazers. they bought them new. within the first 6 months, they both snapped their axles in that same spot, right at the sprocket. i think there was a bad run of axles that year.

anyway, they got the dealership to pay for most of it. no problems since.

if you want a new stock axle, check with your dealer if you bought it new.

if your gonna have to spend the money, id say go with the aftermarket axles.

it wouldnt hurt to beef things up anyways!!
