A friend rolled my Cat this weekend..

The good news is he's ok, The bad news is it Totally destroyed the pod, bent handlebars, broke light switch, both front and rear racks are bent, throttle cable has a crack, and a small dent on one of the tires.
It was a scary looking wreck, the wheeler rolled right over the top of him. My first thought was is safety.. I thought for sure he would have been hurt. I didnt even think about how the wheeler would end up till he came down the hill and we looked at it.
18 hours on it and it need a ton of work. =(

I have come to the conclusion that friends don't let friend ride their quads, unless that friend has ridden quads alot before. The feeling I get is that they get fearlless because it ain't theirs and they don't think they will have to pay for what they break, they should though as it's only the right thing to do. Besides I don't want to end up without my rig because of someone elses stupidity. Sorry about your ride.

I feel your pain. It wasn't that long ago that I posted something similar. The good news is that they can be fixed. My trusty 375 looks as good as new. After I fixed it, I detailed it and shined it with formula 2000 so I would feel good about it again. It worked.
Glad your friend is OK. I'm with Bear 4570. No one gets to ride my machine unless they have experience and agree in advance that they pay for it if they break it.

i feel your pain man but like you all said the wheeler can be fixed and he is alive and well probably a lil sore but that is what he gets i guess and well something simular happened to me one of my buddies drove my 2002 500i a lil ways just to move it out of the way and ran right smack dab into a big oak tree hit so hard the headlight popped out pushed the winch back into the radiator collapsed the whole front end in and we assessed the damage the next day and he then claimed he didn't do it that i ran into something earlier and that i was trying to get it fixed free off of him so well good thing i know alot of ppl that work at arctic cat and i got all salvage parts and was able to fix it for under 150 dollars i see you live in minnesota if you live close to thief river falls and know someone that works at arctic cat you can get the discount parts

hey I recently rolled my 400 over going up a hill with similar results, except I ended up with around 130 sutchers in my face, good news is I fixed everything for around $200 to $250 (not including my face, of coarse) I got all the parts from brownsliesureworld.com I hope I spelled that correct. Anyhow sorry to hear it and good luck

Thanks, I got over 7,000 miles on her now. I cleaned her up and took some new photos of her a few weeks ago. They are posted in my photos link on my web sight under “Warpony 2004”
