Default please, perfect raptor jetting process

can someone please take time and write out the entire, very very specific process to jet a raptor. inculding all the prep work like taking of the gas tank, or what ever makes it easy and whatever it needs. thanks-rider1169

You're going to have to learn to take the bike apart yourself. If you are really that lost, then you need to get a service manual and use that.

As far as the jetting procedure goes, its been posted here numerous times and a quick search should turn up some meaningful results. Its layed out step by step with pictures over at bluetrax (its 2 x's but If I spell it right its a forbidden word). There is also a guide in the October 2003 issue of ATV Sport.

sixsixt, is it necessary to drill out the bsr's to get to the screw? I didnt have to but all kinds of places have told me that I should have. Any insight on this? BTW, I have seen plenty of pix of where the screw is and I'm sure its the right one. Perhaps they stopped installing the plug?
