I was wideopen down a blacktop road and noticed it blinking i let off and it quit and got back on it and it did it again. one more time and it did not do it. could this be rev limter? put it in low and and tried to do it but didnt get there or i chickend out because it was winding so hard. what is max rpm of stock 02 grizz?

somebody here may know, but I don't. But my reply will at least bump it back towards the top over the 8 million raptor topics. I know my override switch makes the reverse light go out when you hit it, but I have no idea why yours is blinking.

If you rev the engine while it is in park or neutral the R indicator light will blink. There is a speed sensor that will activate a blinking R indicator if the engine has high rpms' and not in gear. It wuold reset once ite atv is turned off or if the atv is put in gear and there is forward motion. This is a diagnostic tool. This is the first time that I have seen a post of the light blinking while the atv is in gear. Maybe there is a problem with your speed sensor. Anyway, I would not worry about it unless it happens again.
