weight reduction

Default weight reduction

i have a 2001 trailblazer and I need to know what i can do to make it lighter than what it ways stock.

Default weight reduction

It all depends on what you want to live with out.
The simple thing are replace you factory steel equipment with aluminium. Things line Wheels, Running Boards and front bumper. You can go aftermarket or some earlier Scrambler 400/500 models were equipped with aluminum wheels, Running boards and front bumper from the factory.

Next you will be removing conveniences (Battery, Starter, Oil Injection, Oil Tank, Cut plastic) The removal of these items come with sacrifice so, how bad do you want to eliminate weight

get a new pipe. teh difference in my stock pipe to my rcr pipe is amazing, bars will make a little difference. then u can remove mounting tabs that u dont need. every little thing counts.

Default weight reduction

You can remove you sprocket gaurd weighs about 5 pounds and gives you some more power.
