OTD price for a 2004 honda 250ex?
#1
the 2005 honda 250ex just recently came out and it retails for 3500.
the 2004 also retails for 3500.
i went to a dealership and they offered me 3420 OTD for a 2004. is that a good deal?
that's with 6.4% sales tax and a 35 dollar setup or title fee or whatever it is.
also, the sticker price they had for the 2004 was 3400.
and the 3420 is AFTER the honda 200 bonus bucks being applied.
i really have no idea how much i should get for an atv OTD. with tax and the setup fees it makes it so confusing.
3420 sounds like a good price because it's lower than the original MSRP of 3500 (although the dealer is selling it for 3400....prob cuz the 2005 model just came out?) but with the honda 200 dollars bonus bucks being already deducted it doesn't sound like such a good deal. shouldn't the bonus bucks be just that....a bonus after the final price? so without the bonus bucks it would cost 3620.
from your experiences and knowledge of negotiating prices for atv's....what should i offer and what should i expect?
any advice would be much appreciated.

also, at another dealership the salesman told me they (the dealership) buys them for 3300 after i asked him.
is that BS? 3300 for a 2005, though. forgot to ask him what they paid for 2004's.
btw, these are dealerships in colorado springs. i don't really know, but maybe atv's cost more here...plus there will always be sales tax.
