Default need help on old bike

I have an old LT 185 and thing ran awsome and then i put on a uni filter becuase the original one was split and the stock one was 50 bucks so i got the uni for 13 bucks and put it on. the thing hasent been running right since. It will start but only when cold once the engine warms up it is really hard to start. I have tried to adjust the carb everyway possible but i cant get it to work. I thought about rejeting but i dont think that it would cause it to do this. any help would be appreciated. Also does anybody know the main and idler jet size i cant read the numbers on the needle and i dont have a book for it. thanks

your pilot jet could be slightly clogged,,,and putting the new filter on may have helped the air flow and hurt the fuel flow
(with a clogged air filter,,,you get more suction on the pilot jet)
