Default warrior problems with staling

my warrior kept on staling. no matter what i did it would stall ! if it was hot / cold it didn't matter it would just sound like it was running out of gas and would die. but if i would pull on the clutch it would run perfect. i ended up putting 900$ in the motor and it still did it . so i unpluged the sensor on the clutch handle and it hasn't staled yet ! has anyone else been having the same problems as me ??

Sounds to me like your Parking brake was engaged a little...>DOne that with mine, cept it would start, if I give it gas it would bog like it wanted to stall and sometimes it would.

ok thanks! mine wouldn't only stall when taking off it would do it all the time. any gear i was in. no matter how high i was reving or how low it was reving, or how fast i was going ? i brought it to 2 bike ''specialists'' and they couldn't figure it out so brought it to the dealer and they couldn't figure it out. also my timing marks don't line up. one of the specialists said that was normal and one said my timing chain was stretched ? but after i unpluged the sensor it ran fine. so i've been to scared to touch the motor incase anything gets messed up.

I have the same exact problem i thought i was running rich and put same aftermarket jets and and put a smaller jet and i still have the same problem. I havent fixed it yet but i found a way to stop it from stalling often try running it really lean then really rich and run it to see if anything changes i did and its running better but not fixed. But if you are going to ride just adjust the idle screw to idle really high it should not stall but will overheat faster. Keep me posted i want to fix mine also.

look at the sensor on the clutch handle it will have 2 wires coming out of it. but they are raped in black rubber. then look where it goes in the clutch handle, it will go in and under it there will be a little hole where it holds it self in by. take a screw driver push that thing in while you pull on the sensor !! but do not disconect the sensor cause if it stalls you will have to turn the key on and off again before starting .

do you think you could check to see if the timing marks on your bike line up. just take of the cover on the side of the motors head. it has 2 allen key bolts holding it in. then take off the plastic cover on the same side of the shifter, it has 4 bolts holding it in. then the little black plug on top of the stayter. it has a place to put a screw driver but i use vise grips or pliers to take it off. just take a 17mm or 11/16 wrench and turn the bolt near the shifter. and look in the little black hole for a t or a f the t is supposed to line up with the little line made in the threads and on the head there is a line on the gear where the timing chain is . it should line up with the little crack in the top. thanks
