Some guy wants to trade his LT250R for my Warrior. I have been wanting a TRX250R or a Honda 400ex in replacement...but I'm not sure. Are they any good? Handle as good as the TRX's? Or are they just junk? Please lemme know hear guys because I need something faster and better then the Warrior.

 

lt250r the 2 stroke or 4?, either way there pretty damn quick for a 2 stroke....id would def be faster than your warrior

if it is an 87-92 quadracer than I would go for it.

 

It would be a 1988 LT250R

 

Check for all the normal wear. (ball joints, compression, strange noises, check the frame for cracks, and other stuff along those lines.) Just be sure to test drive it make sure you like it before you trade the warrior away.

 

He said its a brand new frame and everything. But I'll be sure to check it out.

Naa. i like my YFZ450 too much and i don't need another warrior

 

Watch out for oil leaks along where the cases meet at the bottom. Mine was leaking like crazy when i bought it. Also consider this 97 warrior for an 88 lt. The lts are worth much less than the trx250's so i would factor that in too. Just dont get yourself into a mess with a worn out old two-stroke like i did. I was glad to see the day it was sold. But hey, if its a nice clean bike then it may be worth it, cuz they are a huge upgrade from a warrior
