I just about have my bike all put back together now and am just finishing up with a few small things.

does it matter if the gearcase is overfilled???
what are the torque specs for the bolts on primary and secondary including the 8 smaller ones on the primary??
do you know of any places that sell vp c-12??

any help would be appreciated

 

the big center on the primary is 40, the littel ones are 12 and the secondary is 17 if i rememebr right

 

I couldnt remember what the little ones were so i was going to put them at 20 bad idea i snapped the first one off.

 

ouch, they shouldnt be to much for a new one but dont just stick something in there becuse it might be a little to sthort or long and they could mess up the clutch

 

yeah im gonna order one from my dealer but the hard part is getting the rest of the bolt out.

 

drill it and tap it out if u have a tap set

 

Nicholas Cycle is a VP dealer and they have C-12.

 

no problem on the overfill thin cauze all polaris oil receipt have his own overfill hose vent,trany,counter balance...
your local polaris dealer shoulb able to get vp racing,i known only some places here in canada if you wanna know...
