Default Hpd Tensioners?????

I was wondering if anybody had them and if they had some pics of it. I have a rear skid and I am not sure if they will work together. I would like to see a pic of one installed, before I start drilling into my swingarm. Thanks in advance!

there are many people hear that have them, although i dont. They work very good IMO, though. Depending what kind of skid you have, it may or may NOT work.

Thanks sleeper. I looked at your pics and it is so dark it's hard to tell exactly how it's set up.

If you jump, they're a great idea. Gotta brand new Hot Seat unit gathering dust.

Thats odd. Mine is attached to the frame of the quad. I'll have to get some pics up. Maybe mine is a newer or older design. It even showes it on the hand drawn directions. HMMMM.

Mine is a HPD. I bought it a few months back. Maybe 3 or 4. Mine is bolted to the square tubing of the frame just under where the swing arm attaches. If you look at that part of your quad you will see the square frame bending up from under the quad, then the swing arm attaches. Well their is a plate that is factory welded in the bend. That plate is what my rear brake is attached to. I have a 97 400L. Anyway just where the frame starts to get strait after the bend is where the mounting point is. The only thing that is under my swing arm is the wheel the chain rides on. I hope I didn't confuse you any more than I already have. My part # is ATVCT looks like a simple part number to me. I wouldn't have thought there to be many revisions of it or different for many polaris quads. ATVCT looks like to me ATV Chain Tensioner.
