Default Hpd Tensioners?????

As I am rereading the install instructions. The CT is positioned 2 1/2 inches lower than the top of the plate that I was talking about.

You have the non-concentric drive machine which has the tensionor positioned differently. The concentric drive machines have it attached to the swingarm

Have yet to have a problem with it. I do ride in some rocky areas, but not real big rocks. The only problem that I have had with it is getting soem spacing issues worked out with it and the chain. Otherwise, it has proven to work great

What do you mean by spacing problem, BBS? Does it not want to line up correctly? Should I loosen/tighten the chian before install?

You will need to adjust the chain once you get it on there. I think I loosened mine before putting it on. It was also easier by removing thetensionor arm from the bracket during assemmbly. The spacing issues that I had was I had to space the bracket away from the swing arm a little becasue the grease zerk was hitting the chain. Then I had to space the chain roller a little differently to get the chain to go in the center of the roller. Easy fixes though
