Hey guys I have followed the directions in the owners manual and I can't seem to get the chain to tighten. I have bent too thick screw drivers trying to apply tension as the manual suggests, still not working. What am I missing?

You've loosened the two brake caliper bolts and the two swing arm bolts right? The front brake caliper bolt is what I missed the first time. If you have, find a really big pair of channel locks or pipe wrench and spin the axel.
