Default help! tire inner ripple-Badlands

Any tire experts or someone working in the industry that can tell me if a rippling (wavey) effect on the inner flat of the tire (opposite tread) is cause for concern or for a poor ride quality. Is this normal?

I later found out this IS normal.

Jim

UPDATE: Carlisle has a 2 year warranty on the Badlands, contact them for replacement if they fail you, the rep. was a good guy and they are looking to do some R&D from the field on the new radials.

JIMMY... who did you contact from Carlysle, & how did you contact him... the set of Badlands I have, seem to be a pretty good all around tire ( I highly recommend the "bigger" rear tires ), & I've sold a few sets of them, from people seeing mine...
