This is the dilema everyone will face next year, as all the bikes will have to meet emissions standards by 06...........will the new bikes that meet the standards, be severely detuned compared to everything that came before them?

Whether the O5 EX is detuned or not, nobody knows until somebody rides one.

 

Save your money and buy a used one. Those things are bullet proof and you are grandfathered in.

 

I doubt that Honda with up grade the EX with improvements as far as performance goes. If anything else they might detune it a bit as stated above to meet these new emission requirements. As of now though no one can really say for sure.
The 04 is a sweet machine and I'm sure there will be plenty left over by the time we get the scoop on the 05s.

i would wait i mean if its not somthing great! get a used one like a 2003 or 04 and its still like new....in ohio at least u can get a used one bout 3000 in bout perfect condition....with factory warrenty from the dealer....

 

buy a used one it cheaper and you will have mods on it[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]
