.006" or .15mm intake and exhaust both. I assume on a cold engine but the manual doesnt specify. You will need two feeler gauges for the exhaust as the exhaust only shares a common rocker.

How often are you supposed to adjust valves? I have an 04 and the guy at the dealer said that they did not need adjusting. Is this true? Thanks!

The manual says every 100 hours. I do it once a year, in the spring before my riding sean starts
