Cobra aluminum exhaust for 300ex
#1
Anyone out there have this exhaust? I am missing the other bolt nub that goes on the head pipe into the engine, and I cant hear the exhaust on account that the exhaust isnt propererly mounted in there, so Im just wondering, is this exhaust system loud and does it improve power...? THanks

I don't really understand what you are trying to say. If the stud is broke - the stud is broke, it will need to be replaced. The Cobra systems are loud and they bump the bike up pretty good.

personally I wouldn't put a cobra exaust on it because there cheep you need a FMF Mega Max or white brothers exaust thay sound the best. but its what you like keep it but definatly get you pipe fixed

My cousin has a 320EX with a cam, high com iston and all that stuff, and a Cobra exhaust. He hates it because it is so loud, but he has to use that iebecause it lets out the most exhaust flow. With an FMF or ro Circuit or other ie, he would be losing about 3 horses.

There isn't anything wrong with the cheaper pipe they just seem to be so damn loud it is rediculis. I used to run an RCM megaphone pipe on my 300ex, after getting constent complants from my dad about how he could hear me miles away from my house. I took it off and bought a megamax 2 becuase it has the quiet core insert. It made it alot quiter and gave it better midrange power, but she'll never rev over the top like she used to with the old megaphone. Still nothing is as steathy as the old TLR200REFLEX, the trick to not getting caught is not getting herd!!!
Anyone wants a RCM megaphone pipe fer cheap I got one fer ya
might burn a big hole in yer plastics!!! POS
