how'd u trailblazer guys get the oil injector off?

how'd u trailblazer guys get the oil injector off?
cant seem to get this thing off, no screw driver will fit... is there anytrick? i cant get the thing off where u put the block off plate it just too tight to fit anything. any ideas???
