Pedator vs Raptor
hey,
i am thinking about buying a new quad to race here in australia. I was almost certain that i was to buy a predator 500, but my dads friend was going to get sponsored by polaris and he said " i rode the polaris and absolutely killed 'em, but it was no where near as comfortable to ride as my banshee...''. this put me off a bit and decided it was this or a raptor 660R. the polaris has the PRO steering and 8 more hp stock. But the raptor is lighter, what do you guys think???? what is the price difference between them, new. any help would be greatly appreciated.
cheers

Pedator vs Raptor
the only thing i can say is to ride both and decide for yourself
just sitting on the pred in the showroom left me feeling uncomfortable
for me it was raptor/ds650 based on comfort
ds650 didnt have reverse and the rest is history
buy what fits you and meets your objectives.
ps....don't buy something that is ugly and you don't just love to look at in your driveway or take pictures of....lol

No prob Frenchbrosracing. Welcome to the forums! I'm 10 times more happy with my pred than I was with my raptor. I'm sure its all personal preference, but I believe that the pred is a much better machine. The seat is very comfortable, and with some tuning/tweaking the suspension does the job well also. If you've got the dough, get some front rezzies, and a triple rate spring setup(front and rear) and you'll be more than happy with the ride on a pred. Thats what I'm saving my pennies for
