I am not sure if the TB even has a fan, but my ATV used to do that. I had thought it was the battery going, or the charging system going bad.

My problem ended up being a temp sensor going bad. At first it was intermittent. It was allowing the fan to be on for long periods of time while riding and killing the battery in the process. Once it fully went bad, the fan would be on 100% of the time the ATV was turned on.

So it is at least something to check

To add to what has already been said, Check the pitcock screen in your tank. It might be stopped up. Also Do you have a Fuel filter? that might be stopped up as well......Just a thought.

Also check your gas tank vent, my buddies's TB did something similar to what your saying turned out to be the gas tank vent had sand in it.

I agree with some of the other adivce. You seem to be running out of gas. Check the entire fuel system. If it uses a fuel pump, make sure thats good... check the carb too.
