Default oil return line fitting

Does anyone know what size it is? I bought some stuff from On Dunes awhile back & also purchsed this. HD fitting I thought what the heck, better safe than sorry.

The thing is, it doesn't fit. The threads are wrong. Can anyone tell me the right size, I'll just buy one at ACE. I think that's all that product really is.

I just keep a spare stock 1 in my tool box. It is a fix that is doable on the trail. I have reservations about potting somthing in the aluminum tank that is harder to break than the tank. I have broken 2 and will continue to buy stock. Its like a shear off piece to protect the tank on a roll over.

ditto, keep the easy breaker and carry a spare, no sense in trashing the tank too!

how's that leg Air, from where that pipe sizzled on it for a minute until everybody got it pulled of ya?
I carry a heavier tow rope now, instead of strap!

Use a brass fitting... no point worrying about it being the difference between a trashed or salvageable oil tank in a crash.

I crashed bad enough once to shove my brass fitting on the tank through the body plastic. It would have broken a plastic fitting, and I would have been going for the tools. As it was I just rolled it over and kept riding.

I've also crashed bad enough to need a new oil tank, and no plastic fitting was going to save the tank that time.
