Default Anyone feel like messing with one of the ebay ATV scammers?

I keep finding pics of my Grizzly on ebay, so I report the bums. Ebay does nothing as usual. Well, one moron actually had the gall to reply to my emails to him.

Here it is. What oh what can we do with this email address

I think the item is down now. What should I send him? virus, trojan?

Dear musicbbbtom,
why do you low life scums keep phishing peoples accounts, then using them to sale items you don't have.
1. The item is NOT garage kept. That is my Grizzly. You dumbases keep using the same pics in auctions. I have no garage moron.
2. It does have bends in it. I have hit a few tres with it.
3. The mileage is alot less then 982.
btw, you have been reported to ebay and the FBI. Congrats

sad thing is, he's right. Ebay will do nothing about it. It's almost as if they don't care that people are getting scammed. I report, they reply with automated messages. It takes 30 mins of diggin through their crappy "help" info to find a way to report this stuff, yet nothing happens.

About the only thing I have on them is copyright infringement

I have reported many things like this to ebay and they do work on it faster than you think. You just need the exact email to send them the link on. I just copy the link and send it to spoof@ebay.com and if you get those phony scam emails that ask you to log in to ebay with your name and password thats a scam as well just forward it to that address. Also, if you get any items as described above with Paypal.com then you send it to spoof@paypal.com and they get right on it. Believe me, they are tired of it as well. They are hoping that there will be a better way in the future before people QUIT using ebay.

i mess with these scammers all the time and as soon as i ask a question they send me a fake email from ebay its always from ended@ebay.com they ask for you credit card, login name and password. i string them along for a week seeing how low they will go then i just cuss them out and call them scammers. most of these guys are from romania the number one country for internet fraud. i say we all mess with them and waste there time so they just give up hopefully. there are some good people biding on these items like someone calling themselfs scampatrol they bid the item so high no one else would want the quad at that price but now there listing the items so you have to email them to be put on the bidders list and they dont put anyone on there they just make you an offer to buy when you ask to be placed on the bidders list.
