Hello everybody, I have a couple of questions about setting my Predators suspension. I am wondering what Compression, Rebound and Preload are? I know how to set it but dont know what each of these do, any info would be greatly appriciated. Thanks

I do Alot of jumping ,BUT it is mostly on a MX track thatI have the problem with these springs. Forget about the ear springs they are no good for me and I don't have a problem with the stock springs back there. The problems are all up front. The springs are For my weight (they are marked that way).
I think the problem is the preload (not enough) but if I tighten it up the frist spring compresses all the way to the stopper spacers.What kinda sag do I want with these springs and how many spacers should I use.
Over all ,no matter which way I have set It ,it wasn't right.It dosen't really feel any better then stock and may even bottom out more.Even just riding down trails it's not what I wanted> can anyone help!
