I was looking at the K&N Power Lid, it replaces the lid of your air box and has a filter on it, it supposedly gives you more horsepower? i dunno if this will suck more sand in up at the dunes and leaving me cleaning my filter every 5 min. lol, Has anybody put one of these one their quad? thanks

 

It wont give you any more throttle response if you dont rejet the carb. No, you wont be sucking up any more sand than norma, hell i run with my airbox lid completely off and don't have to clean it but so much more often. Just occomodate the improved air flow by upping the carb jets slightly
