Default Jetting w/ HPD pipe

I recently bought an RCR stage 1 kit with an HPD pipe. I have the brown primary spring and run a 160 jet. I moved the clip from the 3rd to 4th position from the top and now i have no low end power. I think that by lowering the clip it is recieving too much gas and that is the reason why its so sluggish, will raising the clip back to the stock position help me out? Also, I am unsure which spring I have, it is brown with an orange stripe, is this a mid or top end spring? Thanks

It is sluggish on the bottom because it is flooding out. Move the clip up one at a time. Ride around and see which position it rides best. Be careful on the top setting so it doesn't lean out and burn up. I had the same problem and moving up the clip made a huge difference. When it starts to run a little better, adjust your fuel/air mixture screw. It's best not to go out more than about 2 turns on the 250.
