my dad has an 03 outlander 400 4x4 and it is extremely hard to get it to go from neutral to high and the rest of the gears...any suggestions on what the problem might be

First guess......idle set too high.

 

Just ROCK the bike back and forth a little and it will go into gear!

Nice body Too! Is that yours? If it is, then you ROCK!

 

A friend of mine just got a new o4 outlander and he had some trouble getting it into gear to, but we figured it was just because it was new, i was just thinking if u guys didnt ride it much thats probably why it feels so stiff, it wil break in after a while .
