A couple of days ago my 650 went into Gimp Mode. I reset it and now last night when I went for a ride I noticed my lights are pulsating, flickering. This is very annoying to me. Has anyone else experienced this? My first guess would be the voltage regulater is junk. I appreciate any help with this.

 

That's a good place t start, sounds like the problem. Put a meter onm Vdc across the battery terminals with the motor running, it should be a consistent 12.5-13.5Vdc. If it's less, or more than that, the regulator is toast.
