You would have to check your local laws to know for sure. After a big storm in my hometown, I see ATV's with plows running up and down the highways. I always ride mine 5 miles on the highway to plow my old man's driveway and I have never been bothered by the Police....yet.

They plow very well. The only time I have had a problem is with very deep wet heavy snow. It takes a bit longer but I have always been able to get the drives cleared. Also have a problem getting down to the pavement if that wet heavy snow has frozen and there is an inch of ice on the pavement.

Last winter we had 15" fall during a storm, it then turned warmer and the snow got heavy. With the 60" plow I was still able to move it with no problem, even with the stock tires and no chains on. Granted, I had to make a few passes to clean it all up, but I had no troubles and it was super fun!
