About how far do you think you can wheelie, and how do you do it, do you stand up or sit down? and could i get some pointers b/c i can wheelie some but i cant hold it for very long. thanks

 

I found once you find the center of balance you can just hold it but where my prob comes in is when I try to shift it comes down as soon as I let off the gas to pull the clutch in!! DO I NEED TO TAKE THE CHANCE AND LEAN BACK MORE???? ANYONE KNOW?

 

Is there no one in here whom wheelies?? I kinda find that hard to believe... But different strokes for different folks I guess

 

okay do this...start out in first and try and get it up as much as possible until u start getting nervous (make sure u dont do this at a high rpm) then without the clutch shift into second...do the same and into 3rd, thats the farthest ive made it and i can do a catwalk for about 4-5 telephone pole lengths

 

SHould I completely let off the gas I dont wanna tear up my tranny I own an 01 raptor and Ive heard they have a bad tranny set up as it is. and as well will the grab bar stop it from flippin?

 

Isnt that rough on your quad though??

 

no offense.. but this is sad... im on a warrior a freakin warrior!!!!! i catwalk with shifting WITH clutch.. i got it down to an art now... i prefer to do them in 4th sitting down... i like to start in 1st when i do all my wheelies.. i find it easiest.. i can wheelie forever.... unfortunitely im stressed for space right now rap if u got aim or soemthing i can give u better advice..

Thats funny, you must be talkin smack if you have no tips, (AIM) on wheelies. my freind owns a 350 warrior and ive seen him take it back to the grab bar on the street and use it as a wheelie bar n throw sparks. im sure he would know ill ask him since you cant wheelie. thanx

 

i can wheelie through 5th gear it is easy once u find the balance point the only hard part is when u go to 1 side because ur tire pressure is different and u should sift with the cluth in a wheelie it is not very hard it just takes practice
