i have a suzuki lt 230 shaft from 1985 and the rear fenders droop down and touch the tire, im afraid in reverse, they will crack off... what can i do to fix them, maybe melt?oh by the way anyone have an eiger? do you like it?

 

if you can weld you could probley put supports on...just an idea...my friend has a eiger and he loves it...dont really know much about it though...im going riding with him soon

try taking a straight, flat and strong peice of metal or plastic. drill a few holes in it and through your plastic. bolt, zip tye, screw or watever you can do to keep the braces on the plastic and away from your tires. just think and try to make watever shape brace will work the best to strengthen the plastic.

 

is there anyway i can remold the plastics? theres no room between the fender and tire, even on the side w/ good plastics theres only like an inch.
