Default 240 carb

From the outside, The cylinder is the same, the only thing bigger on the 240 is the sleeve.
I strongly suggest that you check out some of hollywood dirts stuff before you decide on vitos...Are you getting the ported kit, or the one with stock-porting?

As for the carb, the best size to run would be between 30-35. I will be running a 33mm carb, but thats with a heavily ported cylinder.
You can buy the carb adjustment from a company called thunder products.

It can be installed into any carb. With this you still need to jet. All it does is adjust for the minor changes in elevation and tempature.
