Thinking about getting a new quad, and since polaris has decided to go with reverse i dont know what to do. Polaris is claiming 50hp but i doubt it. Plus the polaris comes with all the good suspension.

 

u mean no reverse for the polaris? plus did u see the new Z400 shocks they're real nice. polaris is way faster though. plus if you already have a Z400 why do u want another one

 

i was also looking at the 05 pred too. thinking about selling my 04 z too..

 

go with the 05z its faster and has better suspension than the 03/04z. personally i dont like the way the preditor is, its too heavy and doesnt hook up very well in the conditoins i ride in. it is faster in a straight line on pavement but on dirt or the trail the 05z is the way to go just my .02

i dont belive they changed anything to make it faster, i dont know what the hp for 04 was but its the same for 05

so wat all changes did they make to the pred's?? i heard they make 2 versions...one that is really fast and purely a racer, and another that just added reverse or something...Dirt wheels hasnt done nething so i dont know.

 

Yes there are two additions the regular and troy lee edition. They both have reverse[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img] and the troy lee edition had a close ration trans. But they also come with new cdi and let rev to 9 grand.

 

murdr why trade it now just wait for the new z450 you know kfx is going to do the same...maybe it will be sports tuned.by the way what's up with silver lakes??????
