I have a 400ex now and am thinkin about gettin another fourwheeler and mabe makin one of them street legal.Does anyone know the laws about this? I live in Pennsylvania . I have seen one fourwheeler that was street legal and it just had a spedometer, Turn signals, break lights, and added a windshield. Im not sure if u have to have a windshield tho? Thanks Jerry

 

Go to google.com and enter "PA state statutes" then look for the otorvehicle titles, and it should have a paragraph or two about what constitutes a street legal machine. In Wyoming, I just added a small blindspot mirror and got insurance. Then I went and got it tagged. Lots of fun riding on the highway to your favorite local riding spots.
