Ok i just bought same 500 series hella lights and cant figure out how to hook em up. If you know how or what i should do please help me. Thanks.

P.S. if it any help i took off my main head light. and i hace a 05 ds. NOT A BAJA.

 

ide run a positive wire to the lights and a neg right from the battery with a fuse im not sure if this would be the correct way and you guys can correct me if im wrong but that would be the way ide do it just follow the directions like you would if you were putting them on your car hope this helps im not sure if thats the best way tho

 

I also agree,Ihave two 55w halogens on mine,without the stocker I just wired them directly to the battery,both pos and neg,then I ran a switch in the pos and mounted it on the dash.
Don"t forget if you do the switch thing get one of those weather proof caps for the switch,and don"t forget to fuse it.

all I did on mine was check and see what wire behind the stock light was the high beam. I then taped into that wire with a fuse and ran right to my 50W lights. Ran the ground to the mounting bolt at the light. Low beam is the main head light and high beam is the main light and the pair I added. I have used it for a year and they work great.

 

Did your lights come with a relay?

 

It did come with a relay but i didnt use it. I clipped the wiers off the stock light and spliced them to my hellas. Thanks for all the help.
