My sister and i want to buy a quad but are unsure what to get. I have ridin motorcycles for a while but want to try a wheeler. She is unexpierenced but enthusiastic. Any way we want a sport atv in the 200-400 cc range. Our buget is limited to under $4000. It will mainly be riddin by her and she is 5foot 4inches and 120pounds. Any suggestions on what qaud to buy?

Go to the web sites of Honda, Suzuki, Kawasaki, and Yamaha, and look at the different models. This will give you an idea of what is available out there.

The Yamaha Blaster is cheap and a kick to ride! The Honda 250EX is a fun ride, and a solid, reliable machine. Both these are medium size, which is appropriate for her size, and budget.

I recomend a Blaster if you want a new 4-wheeler, They are cheap and have alot of mods and can be made quick, most other decent sport quads are outta your range, the blaster is the fastest you can get in that price range and take the extra cash and buy mods and be smokin other higher CC more expencive quads.

if you want used... hell thats a diff story read the ad pack and the sunday paper.

ohh well its that kinda girl... Id say a 250ex then, reliable I think electric start and either just automatic or auto clutch.

I was thinking shed really wanna ride tho lol, if thats the case 4-wheelers get boring if there automatic and stuff lol. IMO tho. some (old people ) might like an automatic.

300EX, but it's more money. It's a step up from the Blaster and 250EX though.

Another one would be the 2005 Ozark 250 MSRP: $3,499.00 and I feel its more sporty when ridden that its sports duplicate the 2005 QuadSport Z250 MSRP: $3,899.00

2005 Ozark 250

2005 QuadSport Z250

ok so it seems to be between the blaster and the trx 250. We live in a moutain area with some seriouse trails an lotss off hill clibing. We also live by the st anthony sand dunes and plan to go a few times a year, but most of our riding will be moutain. Would one of these quads fit our needs better?

300Ex is a step down from the blaster in speed and mess and the blaster is cheaper, I really cant think of anything else.. but id choose a blaster over any of the 250's and there are a few decent utility quads in that price range tho.
