I for one have had enough from Yamaha for delevering the 05 Raptors with more than different parking brakes & footpegs. This is rdiculous that there not giving us more, so I wonder if we overloaded their e-mail if they would finally listen. Holla Back!!!!

Any better ideas for making real changes & not just the parking break & the footpegs. Please...give me a break. That's a joke and slap in the face to Raptor owners. It's going on 5 (five) count 1, 825 days that the Raptor has been out. Trust me they've raked in enough money from us... With all that time you mean to tell me that your content on the choices listed above. Yeahhh!!!! Right. Sorry Yamaha deduct one less from your sucker profile sheet.

What should they do then??? they fixed the tranny (I never had a problem with the 01' tranny) big fix, but it was a weak link.

How much did the banshee change in 16+ years of existance??? or the 400EX they added ONE color yellow, nothing else

Why change something that works fine???

They can uncork the Raptor from the factory. Every Raptor owner knows that a pipe & jet wakes up the Raptor. It needs to be wider for better cornering. It needs to rev. faster. The 660r does not kill other high-performance quads in stock trim..ie DS650 & Predator 500.

they cant "uncork" it, because they were already goin out on a big limp makin the thing. IF they did, then they would get lawsuits up the wazoo, from anti-atv clubs and alot of people that get hurt on them. Why don't you just spend that extra 300 and get a pipe and jet kit.... it sure opened up my raptor. They make it narrow for a purpuse. If they make it wider stock you will snap off the axle in about a week of riding, cuz the rappy is so heavy. Yamaha did all this for a reason. So live with it. If you dont like yamaha, then go get a honda or kawasaki or suzuki.
