Ideally i'm looking for a locking rear differential that would be suitable for use in a Mini-Baja car that is in the process of being designed. I've noticed that polaris has something similar in their Ranger line, but i haven't been able to find specs on just the rear diff. Any suggestions on what would be best suited for this, or if that would work? The car is basically a go cart on steriods - with most of the components being close to those of an atv.
I think right now we are leaning towards just a spool and locking the rear axel since we haven't been able to find anything that is light and small enough for this. Are there any similar possibilities?
