Utility quads steel rims vs aluminum !!!!

Default Utility quads steel rims vs aluminum !!!!

By switching from steel to aluminum rims is there any performance gains? Thanks for the info......

Only weight, they will be about 1/3 the weight of the steel equivalents. Not enough performance gains unless you are racing and then theoretically every pound counts.

Weight is an issue, but if you also ride where there are rocks, branches and other hazards. Steel hold up a lot better then the aluminums. i can definatley see the knicks on the lips of my aluminums versus the steels.
