GNCC XC Racing...Praire or BruteForce vs. King Quad?
#1
I'm thinking of getting back into GNCC XC racing and was wondering if anyone has any thoughts on whether or not the new King Quad will be competetive in the stock utility class....Thanks guys

Good question but its too soon to tell. The new Suz KQ have not hit the trails yet, so its anyone's guess as to how well they will actually perform in a GNCC race. My guess is that the KQ will be competitive in the GNCC, but only if the IRS is dialed in so that there's not too much body roll in sharp turns. At this point, I would hazard a guess that the P700 will be the best GNCC machine out of the 3 you mentioned (P700, BF 750, KQ 700) simply b/c it has SRA and handles sharp turns well compared to most IRS quads. But that is just my guess.

I race on the GNCC Circuit and my team won the Utility Expert class at this years Maxxis 6 hours of ATV America at Rausch Creek piloting a Grizzly. We are asking ourselves that same question. One of my teammates bought a Brute Force and I am waiting right now for the KQ to arrive in dealers. I've been reading alot, and right now I would say my first choice is the KQ. I'll be calling John Pellan, who ride the KQ to see if he can shed some light on the subject.
