Wes was at William Yokley's house Monday filming some woods racing action of William, myself, Bradley Page, Robin Page and Rickie Davis. He told us this was some of the last footage he was doing and that editing would start sometime next week with release toward the end of november/first of December. He was suppose to shoot some film of Jimmy Elza and Jeremiah Jones at a local MX track on Tuesday then head back to California later in the week.

Hot damn! Glad to hear that you are going to be in the new video. Was this the first time you were in the Heuvos series? Ever since I found out (last year) that you raced on the GNCC tour (and placed in the top 10 last year in the 250A class) I always wondered if you were in the the Huevos 2 woods shot. Thought maybe you were the one that hit the tree and didn't want to confess!

No, I didn't make it down to Bill's house last year when they were doing the filming for the second tape. At the time I had too many things going on at the office to get away for a day. The guy you are referring to as mating with the tree is Danial Keirman, another local guy who races the GNCC series with us. He runs in the Open A class and typically does real well in the class. I guess the pressure got to him of being on tape and having Bill and William basically pushing him through the woods. We still don't let him forget about that to this day. We spent about 8 hours filming the other day and I guess we didn't have more than two hours of actual seat time. We did several shots of William driving us around in the car he uses to pick up chicks. You'll have to wait for the film to see what I am talking about.

Actually, I have backed off some this year. My wife and I had our first child about a week before the opening round in Florida. I skipped the first two races this year as a result. Since then I have attended all the other races but have only ridden in about 2/3 of them. The new baby seems to take up most of my time right now that I normally would have spent getting the bike ready. During the last year I have managed to put together a small team that runs under the name of IC Racing. We have one guy running Pro, one in 4 stroke mod, one in open A and one in the 250A class. When I have raced this year, I signed up for a different class at each event. Since I wasn't planning on racing enough of them to be in the points I thought I would have a little fun. It works out well as I typically know several people in all of the classes I have tried. I will not be at the next race due to a business meeting I must attend but plan on finishing out the remainder of the year in the Pro class. Current intentions are to return to a full race schedule next year in either the 250A or Pro class depending on how the winter series goes.
