I have a friend looking for either an 04 BajaX or 05 DS-X in the Vista, CA (north San Diego) area. He's been to a couple of shops, and the OTD price is in the list price range. Does anyone know of a Bomb dealer in So. Cal that's willing to deal, just a little. I figure he should be able to get a machine in the $6700 range.

If anyone has any input, I'll forward it onto my buddy.

Before i bought my X i searches low and high for a place in california that would deal on price. There is a place in northern california in elk grove i believe that has better prices than most on DS's in california but i bought mine in Idaho.

No need to reply, we found an 05 DS-X from Escondido Cycle Center for ~$6700, OTD. Another DS rider will soon join the fraternity.

I gave him the link to this forum and told him to stop by to get accustom to how the forum works.

wow taxifornia prices are cheaper than here, the lame midwest? that dosnt seem right! lol

must be more of a market out there.... the cheapest i can find one so far is 7050.... (i havnt called any of them back to tell them what my "best" price is yet, so maybe i could get lower)

that and i hate my dealerships...
