I have an 01 raptor that is fully stock. it is bogging down in high 2nd gear and up, first i thought it was out of gas but it was fine. anyone know what the problem is.

 

We need a little more info . When did it start ? Has anyone worked on the carbs at all? did it sit for a long period of time? .
You might check the carbs see if there is think in the bowls check the jets make sure there clear
Inspect the needles make sure there smooth and working .
Goos place to start . Also make sure your air cleaner is clean and not restricted

 

or drain the gas and put new gas in. sometimes it can be as simple as that hope that helps

 

Check common stuff like fuel lines and so forth, hope into the carb and see if it is dirty or a jet may have came loose. You can also adjust your valves, it helped me get 50% of my power back.

 

yes, air filter is a major thing there. the same prob happened to me and it was becasue my filter was clogged, there is a good place to strat
