its not the boring (machining) thats gonna cost you alot. you will need to contact your local machinist to see about that. its gonna be the parts to fit your bored jug thats gonna cost. you got piston, rings, cam..all that happy horse crap. go to powroll.com and check out their kits. they offer all of it and they can even machine out your jug.

Your not going to gain any power from boring it way out, but a bore/hone sholdnt cost more than 50 bucks.

Well powroll makes two bore kits for the warrior, a 365cc and a 430cc. http://www.powroll.com/P_YAMAHA_WARRIOR.htm The 365cc is reltativly cheap for around $500. The 430cc is about $1,300 subtract around $400 for a refund on your stock cam core. I am thinking about getting the 430cc kit because it it suppose to give you 80%+ increase in HP. Alba also has a 400cc stroker kit which doesnt requier any bore at all. It puts you up to about 30HP according to their dino chart (the warriors stock HP is around 19-20). I think the alba is about $1,300 as well minus around $400 for a rebate. So you could pay the same price and get more power from the 430cc bore and stroke kit, but then you'll have to get all the machining work done.(not sure how much that costs)

the kit alba sells for the warrior (using the stock bore) gives around 40 horsepower, atleast thats what the dyno charts say on the site.
