Default Backfiring after hard hit

Went racing (hare scramble) over the weekend and had a good practice run then quit 200 yards after start. Everything was good until I hit a stump with the left front tire. Hit real solid, too. That's when it quit. I thought I'd fould my plugs and went home mad at myself for not changing them. I could start it but not give hardly any throttle. It would backfire and quit if I held the throttle down after 3000 rpm's.
I changed out the plugs today after work and have the same results. I thought I might be getting air in the intake somehow, but everything seems tight. I'm sure it has to do with the jolt. Something electronic I think.
Any idea's? Would that be the ignition coils? Or the Electronic module?
Is there something about the stock carbs that might stick or fall apart after a year? Or after a jolt?
Sucks such short notice. I want to leave tomorrow around 1pm. It's a 5-1/2 hr drive.
AAgghhhh !

I had the same problem, seems when I took off my airbox lid, one of the rubber flaps that holds it on fell through. The air cleaner shook loose, and then the rubber got sucked in. My quad wasn't getting enough air. Possible something similar happened to you?

No. I have an air filter on so nothing could have gotten past it. I have all the rubber things, too. I am supposed to leave at 1 pm today and I am not feeling to good about it. I checked all my connections and don't see or hear any leaking at intake. The fuel was drained and new put in.
It starts and idles fine. When I give it the gas, it boggs down and will backfire and quit if I don't let off.
I am loaded up and headed in to town to see if the dealer can help.

There is a plug on either the clutch side or parking break side sort of on the back of the lever that if it comes out a tiny bit you cannot rev the quad...its a little black plug that can pop in or out and it wont run past a certain rpm....ur problem was happening on my warrior then i found out that stupid parking break plug was wrecked so i took the entire thing off and disconected it.

Problem solved for now! A buger in the needle jet in the carb was the culprit. I tried choking and reving to suck through anything that might be in there, but it wasn't enough. It had to come apart to get it out.
An in-line fuel filter would have solved this problem. I am on the way to the race and am stopping to get another piece of fuel line and a filter!
See ya!
