Default Let's talk Tires

All atc's Ive had run sooo much better with smaller tires. Seems like on a three wheeler, it is very important to be able to break loose at any time. Isn't a lot of it gearing? What about if I got a mondo sprocket to go with these 25x12's I got with the latest atc? Would I be able to break them loose like my 18x9.5's on my 185? (currently using the 185's larger sprocket)

The gearing would help with those monster tires, but I have found I like the shorter tires because the sidewalls are shorter and you get less roll durring cornering and break loose easier.
