Default what exhaust should i get for my KFX700? need advice please

I bought a 700 almost a year ago and i want to buy an exhaust system, but i can't decided which one to buy. There to expensive to just to go out and buy one and have it be crap. i want a really good system that won't fall apart in a year. i want something that looks good and sounds good at the same time. i like the look of the dual systems and the only single system i think looks good is Muzzy. i was looking at hmf, dmc, yoshimura(the TRS dual system),and maybe muzzy. maybe someone could suggest another. anyone with pics, sound clips of there exhaust, and opinons would help a lot. Hello and welcome to the forum Matrix...

I noticed you did not mention the Pro Circuit duals. Not sure if they are an option for you, but I have had them for about 5 months now and could not be happier. Nice power gain and mean sound. They also have excellent fit and finish. Back when I was in your shoes trying to decide which pipes to get, I could not imagine owning a V twin motor without having a true dual exhaust. I picked the Pro Circuits because they come with forest approved spark arrestors at no extra cost "unlike the others" and got a good deal from rockymountainatv.com. Good luck!!

I like the Muzzy the best.I had the PC duals and they were hard to get the jetting right for me.The header on the Muzzy is a little bigger around than PC to help with the bottom end power.I am not downing the PC,they are very nice exhuast. What ever exhaust you get check for leaks on the flanges,I put Copper-Seal on the gaskets to make a good seal.I think the Muzzy is the most bang for the buck and it sounds like a V8.

The Muzzys are a great price and a great pipe. They sound as good or better than the duals out there. They are not as loud too. As for HP info, VFORCEJOHN has THIS
OH, and I have pics on my page of the Muzzys.

i've had my v-force for about 3month now and i was also confused about what exhaust to buy....
me i like the lte duals or yoshi duals....
i've seen the pro circuit and the muzzy two 2-1 pipes.....
but i like the way the lte's sound without the silencer's in and some one told me that the yoshi's sound even better...
i would like to know the pro's and con's for all theses pipes...... please...

Here's another vote for Muzzys. I like mine alot, sure seems to be making good power. To be honest, I was surprised of the quality of the system for it's price. Call pipecity.com for a great price. I have a few pics of it on my bike, click on the "Photos" link at the bottom of my sig.

I was also looking at HMF very closely. does any one have any opinion on that system? I've heard them and they sound really good, just a little quiter than DMC. i do like the look of the dual exhaust. it does stand out from other quads, but i haven't heard the Muzzy system yet.

I love the Muzzy pipe, makes tons of powere, sounds awesome (like a small block chevy), and is not obnoxious. I can pass every sound reg in MI without the quiet core in it, including 94db at Silver Lake. Most of the duals will be much louder unless you run quiet cores, which still may not get you under 96 db. The Muzzy probably makes more low end, and just as much or more mid then the duals, but might not have as much on the top. Trail riding and motocross the Muzzy os great. Maybe if you drag race or ride sand all the time, you would want more on top from the HMFs, DMCs or LTE. I haven't heard a good thing about the Yoshi duals. Also the Muzzy is the best bang for you buck for $387 from www.pipecity.com

If you haven't heard the Muzzy yet, check out bbertram's website: http://www.bbertram.com/gallery2/main.php

I also have pics of the Muzzy, click on the camera under my name
