The noise is only when it is up to temp, coming from the cyl. head. I bought the book and adjusted the valves, same noise. I have changed the oil and the filter, aslo it only has maybe 15 tanks of gas ran on it.

I'd say valves, even though you adjusted them. When I adjusted the vavles on my Raptor it had a new sound, but everyone said it was normal and expected.

Ran it all summer without a problem, and its stronger then its ever been.

warriors seem to typically have a noisy valvetrain... is it the tick tick tick you are unsure of or is there another noise?
